Push Notification Filtering

Nestree includes a feature that allows channel participants to selectively see only the messages they need. In interactive communities with thousands or tens of thousands of participants, it is common for users to disable push notifications. This causes participants to frequently miss out on important information or content.

When browsing an interactive community, the most important messages everybody needs to see are announcements from the channel operator and messages from their friends. The next most important kind of messages is the content posted by regularly contributing members of the community. With this in mind, Nestree provides the following options for each channel that enable users to receive push notifications efficiently.

Filter Spams Function

Where is the Filter Spams Function on Nestree?

> Go to your Channel

> Click the top right corner to open up your sidebar.

> Click the Filter Spams, which is fifth on the list.

(This function will be shown as ON or OFF if it’s used or not).

Steps to Filter Messages

1. Press-and-hold the message that you want to Delete.
2. Choose from four options on what to filter the message of the user.
3. Select Confirm after making any changes.

Token EGG

EGG token is ERC20 based assets under Ethereum (ETH). All ERC20 transactions require ETH, also known as gas, to execute the transaction on the Ethereum network. Therefore, Nestree users are required to pay above the minimum amount of transaction fee when depositing ETH to the Channel’s Wallet. The minimum amount of transaction fee changes depending on the price of ETH.

Nestree also recommend you to carefully decide how much and deposit enough EGG tokens for your Channel. EGG tokens will be used largely as rewards to gift to your members who participate in quizzes, events, refer to others, and much more.

Once you have deposited all tokens to your Channel, it is up to you and other admins to set how you reward your members. Here are the steps to set “Referral Rewards” so that inviters and invitees of the Channel can earn a certain amount of rewards.
